Chiringuito Antonio
Long-standing beachfront chiringuito on Playa de Poniente. Come at 20:30 for gin-tonics on the sand as the sky turns orange. Espetos on the fire until late.
Torre del Mar's nights are Andalusian: slow starts, long dinners, late drinks on the sand. There's no big-club scene — for that you drive to Málaga — but if you like a sunset gin-tonic, a proper cocktail and a terrace that stays open until the small hours, the town does it well.

Moroccan-inflected cocktail bar a block back from the paseo. Low light, cushions, decent mezcal list. Draws a mid-30s crowd through midnight.
Tiny wine bar on Calle Cañón — Ronda reds, Málaga sweet wines, a short list of tapas. Ideal for a quiet second stop after dinner.
Ten minutes inland by taxi. Converted ice factory hosting flamenco fusion, indie, and jazz nights — the closest thing the Axarquía has to a proper live venue.
In summer, locals drift east to the harbour at Caleta. Terraza bars open until 03:00, DJs on Fridays and Saturdays, no cover.
On the pedestrian Calle del Mar — a rotating tap of Málaga craft (Cervezas Victoria's small-batch line, La Axarca) and a short menu of tostas.
Open to non-guests in summer. Small pool, panoramic view over the paseo and the sea. Cocktails are pricey by local standards but the view earns it.
The one that stays open latest on Poniente in July/August — music turns up around 23:00 and there's usually a DJ set until 02:00 on weekends.
